How to manage report as you can see in the picture

As you can see in the picture, there are 17 rows of list data but i want to show 10 rows of that on each report.

how can i manage if there are a lot of list data?

If you're using LiveCycle then select the table row (not the header) and in the properties/settings of the object you can set the maximum number of repeats.
