Dear Sirine / Soumya,

I have already tried the option, I am using the admin ID and it is already added to BOAFIM Administrator,BOAFIM Business group.

Please find the below screenshot of Job and also CMC.

Please advise.

Hello,

A FIM user should be part of ONLY one group .For your case , it is part of admin and business group.

Please add it to  only one group and test the issue

Dear Soumaya,

Total 171 rows for the entity i am querying out.

Am i following the correct approach in setting the Drill through through Administration client?

I mean column names, because i am receiving below error.

The server returned no results.

Note: This can happen when none of the parameters passed to the server matches transaction table column names.

Thanks,

Srikant.

Hello Srikant,

Could you please check if the user running the Drill To Origin is added to the Job users list in FIM?
