I need some help with generating Online W2C

Hi all,

We implemented Online W2 functionality this past year and it worked great with a few minor issues and one of them is that we can't see to generate Online W2C.

We used transaction PAUY, Subtype YANA and enter data wage type /701 withholding tax adjustments in IT221.

We also have set the date under the Generate/Filing dates in PU19 W2's so it should allow us to generate W2C's.
But it does not work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try to run W-2C in ECC (PU19) for the ee with adjustment  instead of ECC online to make sure it works (i.e. W-2C is generated for the ee)?

Thanks for your respond, Ted.

In any case, in PU19, there is only one choice under the Annual Correction, and that is W-2C - Statement of Correction Inc. & Tax, which I ran and that works fine, but it generated a paper copy, when I expected the online version because the employee elected to receive his W2 online.

Have you checked the log manager to see if there're any errors (e.g. users not having right authorization, ...) ?

SAP finally released note 2319576 on 5/23/2016 and resolved my issue.
