Hi Abhilash,

I try the solution but still having the same error.

Webi is fine but CR 2013 is the issue, users can login to CR 13 will see the folders but when viewing the report then the error pops up

I have granted View Object" &"View Objects (users owns)" granted under Content - Crystal reports.

for the security group and even did the same for the Crystal access level

Any other solutions out there..

Thanks

Make sure that the users have View access to all of the Crystal Reports server processes in the Servers section of the CMC.

I've read back through your original post.  If I understand your issue correctly, you can't import a report from BO into Crystal to modify it.  Is that correct?

Does the user group have access to "Download files" for Crystal Reports?  That might be what's causing this as well.

Dell Thanks for your reply,

I wasn't thinking about that , but "Download files" for Crystal Reports was what  is missing.

I added to the crystal access in content and it works...

Issue resolved

Thanks
