Display MRP Materials with Issues

I am on 1511 On Premise

I have setup the "Display MRP Materials with Issues" , the Dynamic Tile shows "1"  ONE.   When I click on the tile I get a message "SAP CONFIGURATION"  flash,  then a Blank Blue screen.  

Any Suggestions?
