Issue in data transfer from MP3 to SAP

Hi Experts,

For header material (819872-0001) data properly transferred from MP3 to SAP.

The problem arises at the item level

On March 31^st, the Dep Req of week 14 + 15 +16 are gathered together. Then on April 4^th, it is the one of 17,  on April 11^th, etc………

Can any one plz explain y the Dep Req are gathered together in Item level?

What could be the reason for this?

Can you also check if there is BOM explosion type relevant to collective requirement maintained @ item level of BOM.

Hello

This is according to the system standard design. Even when using lot sizing procedure EX, requirements on the same day will generate a single purchase requisition.

Check the following information provided on FAQ note 550568:

Question:
There are several requirements on one day. Is it possible that the MRP creates a separate procurement proposal for every requirement?

Answer:
Same as for the daily lot size with a number of periods = 1 (lot size TB), requirements of one day are also grouped into one procurement proposal for the lot-for-lot order quantity (lot size EX) (see documentation for the lot-for-lot order quantity). Separate procurement proposals can be achieved only if you work with make-to-order production. Here, the requirements are managed in separate planning segments of the stock/requirements list.

On the document there is a solution for this issue using a BAdI. I have never tested it, but it should work.

The reason might be you could have activated 2 in Individual/Collective Requirements field in MRP 4 View of the dependent Material.
