I need to know in the program RFSEPA01 how can I put more than one G/L Account.

There are a couple of options 1) you could create a Z version and add multiple selections options or 2) You could create a custom transaction then create a CATT to mass upload your changes. I would prefer to create a TCODE and use CATT.
