Syclo Agentry Issue while installation

Hi All,

I am unable to find 51045995 binaries for  Agentry_6.1.0.3_Server_Admin_x64.exe which is needed for installation as per this link - http://a248.g.akamai.net/n/248/420835/748d2904f7e2802388ecbdf4c876e8f6fc730183cc843ab6f9c0388a4aa5b1..., so where i can get ?

And if i use Agentry_7.0.0.537_EditorPlugin_x86_64, i am getting error as ..

"" Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

  Software being installed: Agentry Editor Plugin 7.0.0.537 (com.syclo.agentry.editor.feature.feature.group 7.0.0.537)

  Missing requirement: Agentry Editor Plug-in 7.0.0.537 (com.syclo.agentry.editor 7.0.0.537) requires 'package org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.modeling 0.0.0' but it could not be found

  Cannot satisfy dependency:

    From: Agentry Editor Plugin 7.0.0.537 (com.syclo.agentry.editor.feature.feature.group 7.0.0.537)

    To: com.syclo.agentry.editor [7.0.0.537] "".

So please suggest me how to proceed further.

Hi Stephen ,

As you have told i have done the same as i copied smp_crt.cer and installed ,but still facing the same issue in agentry test environment.

i.e.,

Requesting Public Key from Server

Certificate received is not found in the trusted list, nor can it be traced to a trusted root.

Communications error (14)

Connection failed

Ending transmission .

and after running that ATE .. i am getting error in agentry server.exe. also i.e.,  SSL socket error as in the image below.

Please suggest me how to resolve this issue ?

Ruchi,

You appear to be mixing versions between the ATE, server and editor.  I would recommend using SMP3 for the whole thing.  If you want to use Agentry Server (6.0 or 6.1) you need to use the same cooresponding Editor / ATE (6.0.x or 6.1.x).  

If you are using an Agentry 7.x or 70.x client you need an SMP3 server to connect to and also need to use the SMP3 SDK Editor 70.x plugin.

As per your instruction , I am using 6.0x version for both server as well as plugin/ATE . Still i am facing following issue.

Requesting Public Key from Server

Connect to server 'LP-04', certificate is for 'Agentry Server (Generic)', so it is not valid

Communications error (14)

Connection failed

Ending transmission

Please suggest me how to fix it.

I would recommend using SMP3 with the latest SDK for the Editor plugin and clients.

And i have completed all the steps .. so while running the Agentry Test Environment i am getting error as -

I am trying to connecting SMP 3.0 which is installed in our global server.i tried to solve  this error by How to resolve ATE certificate issue to test Ag... | SCN , I have downloaded the certificate from that server and uploaded the same in local machine which I am working. After running test environment again same error occurs as mentioned above.

Open up Intenet explorer and go the url, does it show a cert issue?

If yes:

Open File Explorer and go to <SMP30_HOME>\Server\configuration.

Copy the file smp_crt.cer to your local PC, and double click it.

Install the certificate to the store "Trusted Root Certificate  Authorities ".

1) Get the newest editor version found in SMP 3 SDK SP 11 (I think or SP 10)

2) Make sure you are not behind a firewall when tring to install as it has to go download other addons for eclipse

You can download it from the Marketplace under SAP Mobile Platform 3 SDK.

You will want to download the SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP10 and the latest PL for it.  The Agentry server is fully integrated into the platform and is not available as a standalone install anymore.
