Page Setup / Page Size changing

Hi all,

I'm using 2008 version 12.3.0.601

I have many reports and labels.

Once in a while one of the users who print labels will come to my desk and show me a label that had been working for months or even years and the print size is suddenly totally wrong. I open the Label and look in page setup and see the page size mysteriously changed from 4x6 to 4.5x11 !!!

Any ideas on how this can happen?

Some times they need to print hundreds of labels and this quickly can become a major issue.
