Is it possible to set branch wise customer master data?

Dear Friends,

In our company we are using "Manual" series to create customer master.

But we have to set branch wise authorization for customer master data.

For sales invoice data we have set branch wise authorization by using document series & general authorization,

But for same type of branch wise authorization we required for customer master data.

Is It possible to set authorization for customer master data without using series?

We are using 9.1 PL 5 & planning to upgrade in 9.2 PL 0.

We used one work around to full fill the requirement as follows :

1) Block the customer selection form (Form ID = 10001) from customer selection CFL by spatial authorization.

2) Set FMS on customer code selection to select customer from query result which will display the customer as per login user branch code.

In standard it is not possible..
