fill CAT2 through interface and show data into ESS

Hello Friends, I got one requirement in which user want to give one file, in which details of CAT2 fields available. We have create one interface through which we can upload that file into CAT2 and show the output into ESS portal. If anyone has gone through this kind of problem,please guide me to create an interface. Thanks Samkil

Perform some search on BAPI_CATIMESHEETMGR_INSERT and other BAPIs on BUS7024 (there are some sample at scn)
