Navigating EP through Internet

Hi EP Guru's,

Our EP is is configured to access from Internet. when i use the IP address (https://182.61.1.5:50001/irj/portal) to access portal at this time 'Detailed Navigation' is not visible(?)., when i use the full qualified domain name its working fine.
