C4C The sales document is not yet complete Edit data sales quote request pricing

Hi Experts

When we request external pricing in C4C sales quote from ECC, we have a warning message that says "The sales document is not yet complete Edit data" even all information is sent from C4C to ECC and pricing is correctly replicated to C4C sales quote. As additional comment we are able to create follow up document in ECC with same data sent in simulation (request external pricing).

These are the steps we are follwing:

1.- Create a sales quote

2.- Add all mandatory fields

3.- Add a product (replicated from ECC)

4.- Request external pricing  here is when we get the message The sales document is not yet complete Edit data

Have you tried to simulate to create quote in ECC with the same data?

Also you can ignore this message as this is only a warning message.

I hope you are getting your pricing back in your C4C quote. What is the issue you are facing here?

Hi Senthil,

I already created a sales quote in ECC with same data and there is no warning message.

Pricing request is working fine, pricing is correct in both sides, but we want to remove this warning as there is no difference in data sent.

Hi,

Then you need to check the message sent to & received from ECC to understand this warning.

I hope you are aware of this message monitoring in C4C.
