Characteristics updated in Account Base COPA not in Costing Base COPA

Hell All Experts,

I am facing an issue where characteristics ABC and XYZ are updated in billing document “Prof Segment” button not showing in KE24 COPA Report.

“Prof Segment” button info of sales order and billing document is updated and same so no changes I see meanwhile of sales order and billing.

We have Account Base COPA and Costing Base COPA activated.

Another observation is when I am checking these both characteristics are updated for Account Base COPA in KE24 same is showing blank in Costing Base Report in KE2 NOT updated for costing base COPA.

Derivation Step as as a “Derivation Rule” from VCONF to WWXXXX is defined correctly and values as well maintained.

Lot many documents are affected with this behaviour.

Any idea for this behaviour? Expert’s guidance will be helpful on this.
