Delta Queue Data not stored

Hi guys i´ve activated the delta queue for datasource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL (is about production orders) and next i made a load for initialize the delta queue and it give me all the records, but when the user create a new document the new document is not stored in the Delta Queue...I hope somebody could help me with this...
