Can someone tell me how to customize te margins between two Iviews?

If you create a custom page layout, you can specify the margins between the iView (or cell padding). See here for more info: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/d5/1b083e7623445ae10000000a11405a/frameset.htm
I also think (although I'm not positive) that this may be a setting in the theme editor as well.
