Problems completing certification

Hello, I am trying to complete a certification (Foundations of SuccessFactors HCM Academy - E-Learning THR80e_EN_Col54) but I don't understand how proceed with the final exam. I have three attempts to pass the test and It is necessary to answer 80% of questions correctly. In my first attempt, I answer correctly 79% so I have restarted the exam and I have checked the exam is the same. After that I answer all the same questions correctly (100%), the point "Final Exam" in the Content Structure is not marked like correct. What's happening? Is the real test or a simulation? Why is the exam not marked like correct? Thanks, Juan.

You need to make sure you use the correct button when you exit the exam. I think it's the Close button. Take a screenshot of the final mark and send to SAP education. Thanks,
