Maintenance Planner Issue - Migrate System to S/4 HANA

Hi guys


While executing Maintenance Planner and Planning a conversion to S/4 HANA, Im getting the following message.

I have proceeded to Download Note 2186164 to Solution Manager system, but is still complaining note is not up to date?

Is there a way to force Maintenance Planner to check that note is already applied? This tool is mandatory for planning a Migration to S/4HANA but its full of errors and wrong information regarding systems.

Another error is that MP shows software components in Initial Stack, when in LMDB shows the proper SP Level.

Is there an explanation to this and how to properly sync data between MP and LMDB?

On the Configuration Guide it mentions to upload an XML, but couldnt find any way to do it.

Event after uploading Data from LMDB Screen, Im unable to proceed to the software calculation.

Any help in how to overcome these issues with MP?

    Hi there,

    I'm suspecting that your SolMan dind't yet make the sync with the SAP Support Portal after you applied the note.

    Force the job that make the sync.

      I had to syncronize Solution Manager with SAP Marketplace, scheduling Landscape Fetch Job,

      There was not a easy way, it took me several attempts to fulfill Maintenance Planner error message

      Also tried uploading data manually from LMDB but it couldnt work either.


      I had everything in order in the backend system, although Marketplace still was showing outdated information.

    Hi Martin.

    Your source system version details? is it a SAP HANA system?

    I have similar issue when try to generate stack for S4HANA conversion. Could you share to us, how to solve this issue?

      Hi Martin,

      Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried to trigger the job before, but it not works. I have try run the job many times. Another suggestion is we delete the system in maintenance planner first the resync with step that you suggest before.

    Hi Husin ,

    Yes I also had the same issue .

    SPAM Version was upgraded to 60 and then the system was synced again to LMDB to market place .

    After which it started working .
