I 'm with a issue in Webi, when refreshing  the data or insert other query, we can see this window below.

My landscape:

SAP ECC on HANA - Analytic View

SAP BO 4.1 Universe UNX

SAP BO 4.1 WEBI

Hi Folks,

Thank you for all help, my issue was solved with SAP Note:

1591695 - How to set up HANA JDBC Connectivity for Universes.

Different version between SAP HANA ODBC and SAP BO ODBC (NGDBC.JAR 882575).

The connections is OK.

Attached three images of the Driver, Connection and test Connection.

Now we check the drivers version.

Hello Rubens,

Please check your Universe connection if it is still valid or not?

Make sure the server is responding on Universe connection and you should be fine.

Hi ,

WIS and IES errors generally pops up whenever you are trying to refresh or schedule report.

1. Check connection at server level.

2. Check your connectivity between report and BI Server    

Are you using ODBC connection and universe?. Also check if ODBC driver is installed on the processing server.

Overall, cross check your permission to drivers (if you already have, pls ignore).

Thank you for your answer, I using SAP > SAP HANA database 1.0 > JDBC Drivers connection driver.

I'll check all the points mentioned.
