Problem with Manual KRI

Hi gurus,

Let´s see if you can help me with the following issue:

When we Schedule Entry Manual KRI tasks, the tasks appear in SWIA as started but sometime after (sometimes 10 minutes and sometimes 4 days) the tasks status change to CANCELLED and the tasks disappear from user workinbox.If I access to the SWIA transaction, I can see that the tasks appear as "CANCELLED". Moreover, the workitem status is Logically deleted, the end date is 4 days before the task creation.

Do you have any idea of what can be happening?
