is there a possibility in SAP WebDispatcher, to limit the open connections per client/IP-address?

As far as I know, the Web Dispatcher cannot do what you have mentioned.

But how can I avoid that somebody floods the web-pages and makes a kind of spam-attach on this way?

Hello,

I believe that you would have to use a firewall / IDS (Intrusion Detection System) "in front" of the Web Dispatcher.
