How activated change pointer for inspection lot ?

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to create program who run every 30 minutes to catch modification or creation of inspection lot to finally send iDoc

I have try to activate change pointer for inspection lot (QALS in field KTEXTLOS for example) via tcode BD60/BD50/BD52 for a specific message type but I don't find any entries in tables BDCP/BDCPS when I make a modification of the description of an inspection lot in QA02.

Plus I would like to catch creation of inspection lot too and change pointer doesn't log entries in my table for creation.

What is the good process to used this change pointer in my case ?
