Cannot Open pdf file in SAP system

Hi Experts,

In standard Approve travel expense application, a pdf is being sent as an attachment from the service. But when I am trying to open that pdf from application I am getting some error as "Failed to load ". Later I checked in the SAP system but there also I am getting error like " file is corrupted "

However It was working fine earlier.

I checked in the DC30 transaction and an entry is maintained for the pdf format.

Please refer the below screen shot and help me get through this.

There might be some issues with ADS, J2EE Services.Check J2EE services  Try after delete the template cache using the report

Hi,

Is this issue specific to only this one file, or do you get the same error while opening other PDFs in other travel expense items as well?

I get the same error for other travel expense also.
