Organizational Chart in MSS

Dear Experts,

I need your suggestion. I have doen all configuration relevant to Organizational Chart in MSS but still unable to see the structure. Attached screen shot for your reference.

which version your using WDJAVA or WDABAP ? You can assign the MSS Addon 1.0 role

In MSS -> Home page you view the org. structure.

it's looks like your on latest version, you can use the WDABAP service i.e Role MSS Addon 1.0 for better user interface.

Can you check what error in default trace you get ?for this link above?

also are you sure on WD JAVA for MSS? MSS JAVA we also had Nakisa as an option
