Approve by email button not working with IE11

Hi All,

We are using '/SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND' to send offline approval email with selection screen as 'HTML format' & Decision Forms as Button. As expected, buttons are not appearing in outlook email. But when we see it in IE11 browser, its showing the approve/reject button.

If I click on approve button, response email is not generating properly with work item & decision details in encrypted manner. On the other hand, if I view the same content in firefox / chrome and if i click on approve by email button, its generating the response email with all the required content properly. we are using Windows 7.

Do I need to make any IE settings to make the approve by email button work properly?

Hi Lvy, Yes, I'm aware of this note. I can able to see the buttons in IE11, but when I click on the same response email is not generating with required technical details. My clients are saying, it was working before and now its not working. When I open the same content in chrome, I can see button and response email is populating with required technical content. I need to know, the reason for not working in IE11.
