Error: Enter Service Employee Group on service order

Hello Experts,

I have one question for organizational model rule. I did one rule for sale and service to determine org. by Country. and it is already determined properly except service team. as shown on service order copied from SRVO below:

Sales organizational units found successfully

and also for service:

Organization model through PPOMA_CRM is to determine both service organization and service team. Is there any missing configuration to determine service team/service employee group?

Awaiting your positive responses highly appreciated.

    Hello,

The Service Team/Service Employee Group is determined as Partner, not Organization.

So you need to configure suitable access sequences in your partner determination procedure (PDP).

In PDP it works the same as any other partner functions. You can refer to Partner Function 00000056 and PDP 00000006.

    Hope this could help you.

    Regards,

    Webster

    Hi,

Service Employee group/Service Technician Group(Renamed in Higher versions) --- is a partner function with ID - "00000056 ", which belongs to the "Service Team" function category.

This partner function is used in the "00000006 - Service header" Partner Determination Procedure and the PDP is assigned to the service order header transaction type - SRVO".

This partner function is also used in the "00000007 - Service Item" Partner Determination Procedure and the PDP is assigned to the service order item category - "Service Product item - SRVP".

This partner function is used to plan and allocate the qualified resources for the order item. This partner function "service Employee group/ Service technician Group" is determined by the partner function access sequence - 0011 (Executing service organization) or

another access sequence - 0012(Exec. service org via rule)

To fix your issue in the service order header - either provide the corresponding mentioned access sequence or remove the partner function from the header PDP.

    Thanks,

    Thomas.
