Fields to Display on SNC PO Screen

Hi All

We have ship to location partner's Phone number data available in RON_In XML message in SNC but on portal, when I go to PO details screen > Locations tab then there is no field to display ship to location phone number details.

In fact there lot of other fields for which data is coming in XML but not getting displayed on portal.

Please help on how to display these additional fields on PO details screen.

Hi Sandhya,

In general Contacts details like E-Mail, Cell No and Fax like will be available at PO Header -> Contacts tab.

Please check there and confirm and even if not available you need to debug.

You have to debug to find the issue and i am expecting because of field length limitation you are facing this issue.

This is third party PO scenario wherein we are sending material directly to customer location. In ECC PO we are entering customer number under PO line item delivery address tab. So that detail customer address gets populate.

Now I have checked PO Idoc in ECC and XML in SNC and both having customer phone number details which we are expecting to be displayed on Ship to Address section on Location tab in PO details screen.

What needs to be done so that these details will be displayed on SNC PO Details screen.

Hi Sandhya,

If you are unable to view the field maybe its made hidden by a previous consultant.

Did you try to check in Development system by writing &sap-config-mode=X to the end of the relevant view's link?

It will help you to see the hidden and avalilable fields.

I checked and there is no hidden field on PO screens. Phone no. field is not available on Ship to locations or goods recipient section although XML is having phone number information. Please refer below XML which shows the phone number information available in XML but not displayed on PO.

If we want to display Phone Number field on PO screen then what customization will be required.

Hi Sandhya,

In each field in location tab will have some length like CHAR(60) and even in this case also if value exceeds more than 60 then remaining value will be removed and that will not display.

Hi Sandhya,

Please check the Enhancement SPOT (/SCF/UIMDL_APPCUST) this can be used for adding buttons and columns in SNC PO screen. This may be helpful for you.
