ITSM assignment block with maximum number of results too high

Good day:

We have an issue in which a user changed the initial defaults in the ITSM Assignment Block My Messages - For Dispatching.   The user placed All in fields Processor and Team, but also a large number in the field Maximum Number of Results.

The problem now is that every time the user logs on, the session times out trying to retrieve all the records for that Assignment Block.

We found note 2066498 - How to define Maximum number of results for "My Messages - Assigned to Me" in Solution Man..., but the setup will affect all the user community and we only want to resolve the issue we have for a single user.

After trying several times, we were able to remove the Assignment Block from the User WebUI, but no matter if we try to add it back, it remembers the broad search, and the session times out again.

Is there a place or a table where the values for user are store, that we can overwrite somehow?

Hi Juan,

You need to determine the BSP Component Name (AIC_IM_MYINCDNT or similar), the View Name(MYINCDNTS or similar), the User (should have that) and the Role Key (Business Role ZSOLMANPRO or similar). With these, browse table BSPC_DEL_PERSSTOR looking for the specific entry with those values to verify the personalization exists. If found, execute program BSP_DLC_DELETE_PERSONALIZATION, entering the same four values for Component/View/User/Role Key and delete the entry when prompted. This should delete the personalization for that user for that component/view/role and stop the short dumps.
