hi,

In SAP codes sometimes in comments it is written

"Note (any number like) 483423" what does this mean ?

Hi,

May be the OSS notes ref no.

May be MODIFIED code ref number.

May be the ISSUE(Modifications request by user) tracking ref number.

Its the OSS Notes No. where the description is written for a particular object, func, etc.,

the limitations and the advantages were written there. for viewing you should have the sapaccess id.

OSS notes are numbered in this fashion.

you need a OSS login to enter service.sap.com

Hi Amna,

Teh Note which you have referred is basicaly referring to OSS Note, which you may need to apply to furnish your requirement.

To get the details and go through the contents of this OSS note, need to log into service.sap.com and there you can search for it.
