Last changed on of solutions

Hello,

can you please advise to me how to drill down user or last activity on solutions.

In solman_workcenter> Solution manager administration> Solutions I can see only information last changed on, but I would like to have more information.

Hi Monika

You need to click on the solution and then you will redirected to the solman_directory.

there you can see all the information for particular solution.

Also in the same screen you can see settings button on right side, you can add more number of columns there.

only available information in column selections are changed on and change at.
Information which I am looking for are which user and what was changed.

Do you have any tips how to find this kind of information?

Yes, you need to go to the solman_directory.

under the each tab you can see history and you will get to know each node what was changed and whom had changed.

I am in solman_directory> solution structure> and here I can see all our solutions.

When I choose one of solutions I cannot see any history, can you navigate me please?

Hi,

for some tabs I got error: History logging function on this tab is currently switched off.

Only one activation of history which I saw in solman_directory is in tab Solution settings where is option enable history which we have already active.

Can you please advise me where can I activate logging of history?

Hi

Yes you need to enable the history.

In the solman_directory, select the solution.

First tab dont navigate, just scrolled down,

There will two check box at the end.

Check enable history and from then onwards you can see the history.
