Long Running RADDBDIF Job - SWPM System Copy

Hi guys

During an Dry-run Unicode Migration, during post processing steps in target server, we are experiencing long running times for ABAP Reports

on the first runs we had a few TIME OUT dumps, so increased work process max runtime to 5 hours, but it seems to take forever to complete when it should take 30mins as much from previous experiences, and this step is having a big impact on the go-live schedule since we cannot determine when its going to end.

Is there a way to idenfity or understand why is taking so long to complete?

I am seeing the exact same thing during a system copy. Did you figure out what the problem was and how to solve it, or did you just wait?

Hi Thomas

In our case was due Database Statistics, there are some particular tables that affect this particular step.

I will check which tables are the ones that should be optimized and reply again
