Hi!
I am trying to edit my Service Request Summary such that it includes all of the email and notes interactions pertaining to that Service Ticket. I have Life Cycle Designer and have been able to identify the correct form and make certain changes, but I can not identify the proper data binding for the interactions portion of the form... I am including screen shots of the view in Life Cycle Designer.

Unfortunately C4C does not support adding ticket interactions in the PDF summary yet. It's a very valid enhancement, and we have it on our backlog to be delivered with one of our future releases.

Hi Andrew,
Submit an incident request the interaction template file from support. They should provide an XDP file which can be opened in Lifecycle Designer.
