Drop-down list field depending on another field

Dear colleagues,

ZINC type.

There are 2 standard fields: a field "Support team" and a field "Processor".

Now it works the following way: when the field "Support team" is filled in, the field "Processor" turns the drop-down list field and we have an opportunity to choose a processor working in the current support team.

I need to create it vise versa: when the field "Processor" is filled, there is an opportunity to choose a support team that includes this processor. So that the field "Support team" must become a drop-down list field (as a processor can work in several support teams).

I will be really grateful if you could help me with my question: how can I do this?

Is it possible to have both variants I described in one interface?

what is the value you have setup for the SET_PICKLIST_LENGTH parameter?

This value is 100.

Might this problem be related to the components and attributes (that are shown in WebUI)?

bit difficult without access and i would suggest to open a call with SAP incase above doesn't help.

Hi

It is already configured this way you are referring to.

Try assign two support teams in BP of an employee and then enter processor,

Support team will turn into the drop down showing both values.

Thanks for your reply, however it does not work this way (unfortunatelly).

It worked before, but we missed the moment when it stopped working.

Could you suppose why it does not work now? What should I check to investigate the reason? Could this happen due to updating to the new SP?

Hi,

Can you try to change the value in table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM SET_PICKLIST_LENGTH to 20 or 30 and then try again.

If not then yes you may need to raise a case with SAP.

Also you must be very much sure that business partner relation with organization as a support team should be multiple and correct.
