Manual Deployment of portal components Using SUM

Hi Folks,

We tried to deploy Below components from 7.40(sp4) to 7.40 sp12 from SUM 1.0(SP13).

BPEM-MM

BPEM-FACADE

BPEM-BASE

Components are not getting reflected in select components of Configuration phase. Manually prepared download report showing below messages

Rejected due to following reason(s):

• 002 : Component sap.com/BPEM-BASE cannot be updated to higher SP level

• 005 : Components sap.com/BPEM-BASE is part of SAP stack definition file.

Could anyone please suggest how to proceed further to deploy the above .
