SAPServiceECC could not write to directory \\SAPECC\sapmnt\trans\tmp

I have an error when installing ECC6.0 on step [Run ABAP reports].

The error is as below.

****************************************************************

Running report RADDBDIF failed.


DIAGNOSIS: The application server running under account SAPECC\SAPServiceECC could not write to directory \\SAPECC\sapmnt\trans\tmp. 

SOLUTION: Correct the problem and choose OK.

****************************************************************


Could you help me to correct it?

Check if the transport directory parameters are set in the profile. Set the parameters to the correct location and make sure the directory is accessible and the user has the required permissions.

Hi Linjie.

1. SAPServiceECC id as part of Windows administrator group?

2. Refer the SAP KBA 1948117 - Exception condition "WRITE_FAILED" raised

Hi Linjie,

Do user have admin write to perform installation.

Using which user you are doing instillation.
