Agentry WPF Client displaying blank screen having orders assigned to the user

I deployed the SM 4.2 application in my local dev SMP Server successfully.

I have also assigned service order to the user.

But when i tried to login through the Agentry Client Application the app is displaying a blank screen.

When I transmit it the service order is getting fetched but it is showing nothing in the screen.

Kindly suggest what could be the issue. I am stuck with this since long.

Kindly help. I am new to the Service Manager.

Ankur,

Some theories of blank screen.

  • You did not release the Service Order
  • You did not create a mobile user for this user in the /SYCLO/ADMIN (SAP Tcode transaction area) - check the Service Manager documentation on how to add a new mobile user
  • Your mobile user does not have the correct SU01 settings or privileges

Example references:

  • KBA # 2233933 - No service orders to fetch - Setup Mobile User (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2233933 )
  • I don't have the one for Service Manager SU01 (CRM) but the goal is to make sure that you have proper authority to work the Service Orders for CRM. This is for Work Manager.KBA # 2293413 - SAP Work Manager User Profile (SU01) <- use this for reference only that to get workorders or service orders to your mobile device, you need to be authorized to work with it (double check the installation/configuration manual). Hopefully somebody who has Service Manager installed can share example SU01 settings for their user in this thread. This KBA is an example for ERP Work Manager (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2293413 ).
