Web Dynpro iView will not refresh after redeployment

i created a Web Dynpro application deployed it to j2ee engine, then followed the procedure to make it a EP portal iView using SAP Web Dynpro iView template

after making changes to Web Dynpro application i redeployed (same method as first deployment with NWDS) but the iView will not change

do i have to delete and recreate the wd iView or is there some other method to make the wd iView reflect the code changes

hi dennis,

after making changes to your WD application try to deploy it without assigning it to web dynpro iview i.e in a separate window. if it successfully deploys in a separte window then there is no problem with your application. and there should be some problem with your iview assignment.

No, it should overwrite the original. Are you sure that the deployment is successful?
