CIF queue order could not be scheduled

Hi All,

I am new to SAP APO,started monitoring the CIF queues, I found a queue with error "order could not be scheduled" .Whenever it is appearing I'am deleting these,but I want to know why theses queues are getting stuck.Please someone can explain me

Hello Sanjay,

Please, check in transaction /SAPAPO/RRPCUST1 what Strategy Profile was specified under R/3 Integration


If a Strategy Profile with finite scheduling mode is used, it makes it more difficult for the system to be able to schedule the order during CIF. Generally, it's recommended to use the standard profile SAPINTR3.
