Hi Claudia,
As per my understanding, you want to add customer name in e-mail body of sales quote. If so, you need to adapt e-mail template in HTML format with placeholders for customer name and then upload this to a form template.
This can be done by selecting form and then use create e-mail template option.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks & Regards,
Sanath

Hi,
I was looking for a way to change e-mail template provided by SAP without coding in HTML5.
However if I have to create a template by myself I need to know the name of the placeholders for the employee responsible of the sales quote in C4C. In the admin guide, section: e-mail templates the placeholder refer to campaigns. Where do I find placholders for sales quotes?

Bartosz
Hi Claudia,
Yes, this is possible via template maintenance.
For this, you must go to Administrator WoC and select Form Template Maintenance (within Business Flexibility). Select already existing one for Sales Quote and Copy the same and then further edit. You can also adapt the same under Master Template Maintenance as well according to your need.
Please refer the below guide.
