PRINT ON ITS

I have a portal with ITS, when we opened one transaction and I want to print does not do it. I have defined the printer default. That it can happen?

Which version of Portal ur using. U need to enable the printer options at R/3 side. and if u want to print the BW reports through portal...u just need right click the mouse and print. It automatically take the default printer. if u can Upgrade EP to EP7.0 there is a option of printing PDF's..etc.
