It is showing the below mentioned error eventhough SAP server is working fine/.

"connection to the database is lost-contact your system administrator(odbc)"

I Have reinstalled SAP Client and also start all services in both SQL and SAP.still this problem has not solved.

    Hi

check the SLD service is running in the server.

Can you open SBO in the server in all companies?

Check the license server has the right database server its configuration.

    Hi Karthick,

Try to restart the following services:

    TAO NT Naming Service

    SAP License Manager

    SLD Service

And try again. If this does not help check your firewall for ports 30000, 30001 and 30010

    Kind regards,

    Andy
