India PY - Multiple Form 16

Hi,

If an employee changes from one company code to other in mid of the year.

How to generate multiple F16's and what are the settings I need to check for the same?

For multiple form 16, Go with following steps in SPRO

Payroll India> Basic Settings> Enable Multiple Form 16

Select Payroll>India

Create the global field for the PIN_MUF16 data element

Set the value of this global field to the begin date of financial year, from which you want to generate multiple form 16

once it is activated you should not revert back.

Multiple form-16 has to be activated the beginning of the Financial year, once it is activated you cannot revert back.

You can refer to the steps in the attachment, which are copied from the SAP help.

Please note that this should be done at the start of the financial year.

You can maintain in Infotype 0580 it will come and display in form 16.
