My requirement is to develop Audit report on Material master changes in MDG-M,Request you to give some Idea ,How can I retrieve the change data to develop a report.

Hi, in the API section of https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPMDM/Documentation%3A+Application+Framework+Including+Custom... you'll find two documents.
One with general description of the MDG framework APIs, the other one in more detail on MDG-F SOX implementation.
Maybe in between, you'll find the necessary information.
