Sending attachment to C4C using C4C Webservice

Hello Experts,

we have an requirements to create Service ticket through webservice interface from enterprise portal to C4C. We have checked with 10 mb file as an attachment through webservice to create ticket in C4C.

we are not able to findout what is the maximum size limit of attachment or does it support multiple attachment ?

We want to know if webservice will have multiple attachment, so it will create tickets in C4C, or to create without attachments.

Please help on priority.
