WebEx Connectivity Problems


Hi all,

We have correctly configured Webex Connectivity here in our site. It is pointing to the micro site. However, when trying to launch it from CLP, it gives an unexpected error like this:

"An unknown error occurred when processing your request. Try again later, or contact your system administrator."

Does anyone know the reason of this? As you can see, the message it gives is not very helpful...
