Hello Sid, the description provided in SAP KBA 1905448 is valid for all business roles and independent of the users. If you want to restrict the possible transaction types for certain users / specific user groups you can do that via authorizations. If a user only has authorization for a certain transaction type also no pop up will appear. Authorization object CRM_ORD_PR. best regards Jens
