      If I want to use IPortalComponentSession in wdj which SCA package I need to import to NWDI track?

hi lei,

if you check the javadoc of the specific class (javadoc NW73+) you want to use (in your case IPortalComponentSession )

the relevant SCs are mentioned at the bottom.
