How to give remote access to BO server for new user?

Hi all,

I am new to SAP BO. I am accessing the BO server by remote desktop connection using the IP address and my credentials. I am the administrator and so i am able to log in with the admin password. I want to give access to a new user for this remote desktop connection, because when the user tried accessing the IP address it dint connect. I dont know how to do it. Can someone please help me get this done.?
