Sender SFTP Polling Issue

Hi Experts,

We have a sender SFTP channel that shows random behavior while polling the SFTP server. It works fine once and then following error occurs

Exception received: 3: cd to / failed. Maybe the directory does not exist. Error message is: Permission denied.

We have changed the timeout parameters from 30000ms to 300000ms

Checked the Adapter specific message attributes in the advanced tab of the channel

When we try to restart the channel from RWB, sometimes it works successfully once and sometimes it does not. Kindly help.

Hi Vivek,

Do you have one node o several nodes in that enviroment?, when you check the communication channel monitoring, you have the issue in a particular node or not?, is the error in different hours? (may be the SFTP server has some maintenance in particular hours and the path is not available.

Hi Inaki,

We have only a single node. Also , we are able to connect to the Server through OS. But , our Communication Channel works only when we restart it , and that too not always.

Hi Raghu,

We are at the latest Patch for SFTP. Also , our channel is working sometimes and rest of the times it is not. That is bit weird.

Ya Vivek,So patch is also not an issue.

Try re-configuring the channel else would suggest to raise an OSS note for it.
