Hi

PP-PM integration

Our requirement is, at the time of production

confirmation using transaction code C011, or MFBF system has to cumulate the confirmed production quantities and when it reaches certain quantity (Ex: 100 tons).

After crossing the 100 tons, system should generate the maintenance order in plant maintenance.

We need a maintenance order on particular equipment.

How to map this requirement?

so far ihaven't worked on PRTs.

Actually at my client place i got this requiremnt.

Dear Ashok

In the PP you should define an equipment say weighing balance for the order. Then create a char under the equipment for the mesauring document as counter, define maint plan based on counter with strategy that after 100 tonnes, a maint order is required. keep recording in the counter and once it reaches the counter above the 100, schedule the plan and maint order get generated. Thats how I used to do

Hello KSA,

As I understand you can create Measurement document for all PRT used in production order basd on the confirmation created in CO11.

You can define the perormance based PM plans to take care of your maintenance needs. Refer following link in the help docment site of SAP so that you get more detailed idea on this topic

Please note that this functionality in not avaialble in the Process orders
